Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review our policy before booking: Rescheduling: You may reschedule your experience up to 48 hours before your scheduled date at no additional cost. Reschedule requests made within 48 hours are subject to availability. Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a credit toward a future booking. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable. No-Shows: No-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for reschedule or credit. Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience or forfeiture without refund, as sessions start promptly. Private & Group Events: Deposits for private or group bookings are non-refundable. Final guest counts must be confirmed in advance. By booking, you agree to this policy.
